Clients
Lennox Financial respects the complete privacy of its clients and is committed to protecting client privacy and confidentiality. Lennox Financial does not release any client information to non-affiliated third parties. As stated in the Client Agreement, "all information furnished by either party to the other shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties other than as agreed in writing or required by law".
In the normal course of business, we collect, retain, and use information about our clients in order to serve their financial needs. Because the accuracy and completeness of client information is important to providing the best possible service, we verify and update information with clients and encourage them to advise us of any changes in their circumstances. Lennox Financial uses procedural, physical, and electronic system safeguards to protect information about its clients. We do not sell the personal information of client�s to anyone, and we do not allow access to client information by anyone not directly involved in the management of the individual client account. If we believe in good faith that disclosure of personal information is in the client�s best interest, we will ask for permission prior to releasing any information. The only exception to this policy is if we believe we are required by law to provide information in cooperation with securities regulators or law enforcement authorities.
Lennox Financial knows that client trust is one of its most valuable commodities and works hard to protect and serve the interests of its clients. Every reasonable effort is made to protect client privacy. We provide clients with notification of this policy when an account is opened, and annually thereafter.
